Below are the general terms and conditions for users of Sports-shop.com, operated and owned by
Sports Group Denmark, Skærskovgårdsvej 5, 8600 Silkeborg, Denmark, CVR 34704074.
We recommend that you read the terms and conditions before shopping on the webshop Sports-shop.com. 
Places you should pay special attention to are highlighted in italics.

In general

The following terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" and "you") with Sports Group Denmark A/S, Skærskovgårdsvej 5, 8600 Silkeborg, Denmark, CVR no. 34704074, tel. +45 32 26 61 62, support@sports-shop.com (hereinafter referred to as "SGD", "us" or "we"), on our online brand shops via web pages, mobile web pages or mobile applications.

By placing an order, you agree to the Terms. Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
We can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a private or business address in Denmark.We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice to you. The Terms that will apply to your order will be those that you accept at the time you place your order.
All online orders at our brand shops are placed in Danish. Reservations are made for image errors and color reproductions, price changes, out-of-stock items and obviously incorrect prices.

Content

For your convenience and clarity, we have made an effort to describe the terms and conditions as clearly and briefly as possible. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions before shopping on the Sports-shop.com webshop.

Ordering

We''ve made ordering easier by describing the buying process in 7 simple steps below.


1) Click on the items you want one by one, select the size and add them to the shopping cart.

2) Go to your cart and check if the items you have selected are correct in color, size and quantity.


3) When you are done shopping, click "GO TO CHECKOUT.

4) Under "DELIVERY ADDRESS" enter all your details. Please note that everything marked with an * is mandatory, otherwise we will not be able to deliver your order. Remember to check "Sign up for our newsletter" if you want to be updated on promotions and offers from us.

5) Under "DELIVERY" choose how and where you want your items delivered.


6) Under "PAYMENT METHOD" choose how you want to pay. If you have a gift card, this is also the step where you redeem it. You do this by first clicking on "Apply gift card". Then enter the code for the gift card and click "Apply" at the end. You can view the balance on your gift card by clicking "View balance on gift card".

7) You have now reached "ORDER OVERVIEW," which is the last step before your items are on their way to you. We recommend that you look through your order one last time. Also remember to check "I accept the applicable terms and conditions". If you have a discount code, this is also where you enter the code. You do this by first checking "Add discount code". Then enter the discount code in the "Enter discount code" field and finish by clicking "Activate". Please note that you cannot combine two discount codes in the same purchase.


Please note that you need two-factor authentication when shopping online with your payment card.
You have now ordered your package and can look forward to receiving your goods shortly. An order confirmation will automatically be sent to your registered email.
You are responsible for the information you provide when ordering, as we do not validate or verify this information.


3.1 Prices

All prices on our online brand shops are current prices quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. We do not offer price matching.

3.2 Changing and canceling orders
As all orders are processed quickly and via automated processes, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change orders placed.
If you regret your purchase, we therefore ask you to simply return the package using the enclosed prepaid return label. Never send your package without a return label as this will significantly extend the return time. A new return label can be ordered at support@sports-shop.com.

Payment and security

When you shop online at one of our brand stores, your payment takes place in a secure environment. No one can read your credit card details or other payment information, as all this data is encrypted according to legal requirements.
You can confirm that this is a safe place to shop in the following ways:


1) There is an image of a padlock in the address bar at the top of your browser, indicating that the connection is secure and that all your information is private.

2) We use encrypted HTTPS protocol, which is also indicated in the address bar. This type of encryption is the same type of encryption you find on your online banking, on SKAT''s website, etc.

Payment card

In our online brand shops you can pay with all major credit cards (Dankort, VISA, MasterCard and debit cards).

We always reserve the amount as soon as you have placed your order, but the amount will only be charged once your order has been processed and we can never charge a larger amount than what you have authorized in connection with the payment.
We reserve the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, how much credit there is in relation to the order amount and whether your address details are correct. We may reject orders depending on the outcome of this check.

MobilePay
If you choose to pay with MobilePay, you will be asked to enter the phone number associated with your MobilePay account at the end of the ordering process. You will also be asked to log in to MobilePay to authorize the purchase. The current amount will be deducted from the selected payment method immediately.

Apple Pay and Google Pay
Both Apple Pay and Google Pay are an easy and simple way to pay with your mobile phone. The payment is fast and you pay by simply unlocking your phone and authorizing the transaction by either entering your chosen code, using fingerprint or face authentication when paying.

Discount code or voucher


You can choose to pay for your order in full or in part with a gift card or discount code. When you use a gift card, the amount of the gift card is deducted in full or in part as a total discount on your entire shopping cart. If you use a discount code, the discount will be spread across all items in your shopping cart - except for shipping costs.

Example:
A 10% discount code: Here you get 10% off every single line item in your shopping cart.

Please note that there may be different conditions for obtaining the discount. For example, the discount may only apply to selected brands or categories or may not apply to already discounted items.

Return policy and refunds

If you bought something that didn''t fit your size or taste, you are of course very welcome to return it. You have a full 30-day return policy from the day you receive your package. For example, when it is picked up at the chosen parcel shop, delivered to your mailbox or left somewhere agreed with you.
If you need to exchange an item, we ask you to place a new order at the relevant online brand shop. Then send the unwanted item(s) back to us.

How to return an item:

1) Pack your return items and cross them off with the appropriate return code on the return label (included with the item) and place it in the package. If you don''t have a return label, you can make one here:

2) Close the package securely and stick your pre-printed return label on the package.

3) Deliver the package to the correct parcel shop and remember to get a receipt for your shipment. The receipt serves as proof of your return. Some carriers send receipts by email.
As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the return package are securely wrapped, and you are responsible for the item until we receive it back. Therefore, you are also responsible for paying for any damage along the way or if the item disappears in the post during the return shipment. This also applies to the prepaid return label.


4) You will receive a return confirmation email when your return is complete. A return takes 7-10 business days.

Your return package must be handed in to the correct carrier, as individual carriers do not distribute each other''s packages. Return parcels may not be sent without delivery or cash on delivery.

6.1 Refunds
All refunds are generally made no later than 5 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. We will refund the amount via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Payment cards
With the exception of MasterCard, where it can take up to 30 days before the money is visible in your account, you should see the return amount in your account within 5 business days.

Mobilepay
The return amount can be seen within 5 business days.

Gift card or discount code
When refunding items purchased with a gift card or discount code, the refunded amount will be equal to the amount paid for the item after the discount has been deducted. The discount will not be refunded to your account or other items purchased on the same order. If you paid via gift card, the amount will be added back to this. You can check the balance of your gift card by logging into your customer account.


6.2 Returns of Christmas gifts
All items purchased during the period November 1 - December 23 are considered Christmas gifts, which means that all orders placed during this period can be returned until January 31.

6.3 Impairment of value
All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This means that the goods must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used (for anything other than trying them on to estimate size, fit etc.) and that all price tags and labels must be intact. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when delivered (including original tags), we reserve the right to refund you a lesser amount than the original purchase value.
The above does not apply to approved complaints on goods that have already been put into use.

Complaints

If you bought something that didn''t fit your size or taste, you are of course very welcome to return it. You have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your package. For example, when it is picked up at the chosen parcel shop, delivered to your mailbox or left somewhere agreed with you.

Colors and dimensions

We make every effort to display the characteristics of the items as accurately as possible, including composition and actual colors. The color you see depends on your computer system or phone and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colors correctly.

The measurements of an item listed online on our brand shops are approximate values to give you a better idea of the model or fit of each item - they are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you will receive. The actual measurements of an item may vary depending on the material it is made of.

Please be aware that products made of leather material may contain excess color both inside and out. There is no guarantee that staining will not occur. However, this can be prevented by impregnating the product.

Personal information

We process a number of personal data about you in order to manage our customer relationship with you and make our online brand shops available.

You can read more about our processing of your personal data in our privacy policy here, which explains how we use the personal data you provide us with in connection with the ordering process and your use of our websites in general.

Responsibility

Nothing in the Conditions excludes or limits our liability in relation to matters where it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.

We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the primary loss or damage, such as loss of profit or opportunity or non-delivery of goods or wasted costs; we are not liable for non-delivery of goods where non-delivery is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, hurricane, riot, civil commotion, war and terrorist attack.


Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your online order at any of our brand shops is limited to the total amount of your order.

How to file a complaint

Of course, you are always welcome to contact our customer service if you have a complaint about an item you have purchased from us. Our customer service can be contacted both by phone and e-mail. You can find the contact details for our customer service in section 9.

You can also file a complaint about a product you have purchased from us with Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Complaints Resolution Center via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus
The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through communication, and if a solution cannot be found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

It is generally a prerequisite for a complaint that the item you want to complain about has cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits are subject to change.

You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed by the Consumer Complaints Board.
You can also use the European Commission''s online complaint portal when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You can file the complaint at the following link:  http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, you must provide the e-mail address of our customer service support@sports-shop.com.

Handover

We are entitled to assign our rights and obligations under the Terms to third parties. We will notify you of any assignment. By accepting the Terms, you consent to any such future assignment. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the assignment, your rights can only be asserted against the third party in question.

We reserve the right to assign overdue payment claims that may have arisen in connection with the delivery of the goods to third parties.

By creating a customer account on Sports-shop.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms of membership:

14.1 Creation of a customer account:

14.1.1 To create a Customer Account, you must be of legal age under applicable law.

14.1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your customer account.

14.2 Personal Information:

14.2.1. By creating a customer account you accept the Sports-shop.com privacy policy.

14.2.2 You agree to provide correct, up-to-date and complete information during the creation of your customer account.

14.3 Rights of use:

14.3.1 You have the right to use your customer account for personal use and in accordance with Sports-shop.com terms and conditions.

14.3.2 You are not allowed to transfer or share your customer account with others without written permission from Sports-shop.com.


14.4 Order placement:

14.4.1 By creating a Customer Account, you agree to be responsible for all orders placed from your account.


14.5 Closure of customer account:

14.5.1 Sports-shop.com reserves the right to close a customer account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

14.5.2. Upon closure of the customer account, any outstanding orders and obligations will remain valid.

Changes

Sports Group Denmark A/S may change the Terms at any time and without notice. The latest version is always available on our website.
